This moves fairly quickly as there is little down time and the character / comedy segments are well placed into the action. Yuna might have been the workhorse of the match, she showed a range of offense and kept up a good pace.

2. Hana Kimura & Goya Kong vs. JAN (Jungle Kyona & Saya Iida)

A fun debut for the charismatic Goya Kong, this was a wonderful mixture of action and comedy. Everyone played their role to a T, and Hana adapted really well to her newest partner.

3. JAN (Natsuko Tora, Kaori Yoneyama & Leo Onozaki) vs. STARS (Mayu Iwatani, Tam Nakano & Xia Brookside)

This was an enjoyable return performance from Xia, whose ringwork looked crisp. Everyone put in a great performance, really.

5. High Speed Championship: Hazuki (c) vs. Konami vs. AZM 

This was similar to the High Speed matches found on SEAd cards except less comedy and more serious competition. An enjoyable workrate sprint.

1. Arisa Nakajima vs. Hiroe Nagahama

Nagahama, who is probably destined to be the next ace of WAVE with Ohata retired, seems to be working harder as this was one of her better showings. Arisa applied her technique and beatdown skills in a dominant performance.

This was very fun bell-to-bell action that built into an explosive finish.

There were engrossing mat struggles in this match, I never associated that style of wrestling with Katsu, but she is a student of Command Bolshoi and it showed. Great back and forth on stand-up as well, with heavy offense and counters.

Good match, these two developed a fun chemistry. Mei showcased her skills and charisma, and Yoneyama is so great as a rookie eater.

Wonder of Stardom Championship: Momo Watanabe (c) vs. Jungle Kyona

Great match. I liked the beatdowns and physicality before they got into the big time maneuvers and counters. Kyona gave a spirited performance as the hometown hero, hitting a Kinniku Buster (!) as a desperation maneuver, ultimately coming up short in grand fashion.
